- Maintenance checks
- Reparation of equipment and office structural damage
- Monitoring diesel usage
- Pest Control
- Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative
- Building and maintain working relationships
- Support team effectiveness

- Conduct routine maintenance checks of all structures in offices according to maintenance plan provided by Supervisor.

- Repair and fit doors, door locks, handles and hinges.
- Repair small office equipment like chairs and desks etc.
- Take reading of diesel before and after diesel dispersing.
- Monitor diesel deliveries.
- Allocate diesel to all vehicles.
- Monitor diesel levels.
- Prepare a monthly diesel tracker report.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks of all structures in offices according to maintenance plan provided by Supervisor.and fit doors, door locks, handles and hinges.
