Full Job Description

Minimum requirements:

  • Gr. 12;
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Suite, Pastel Accounting, SARS, Internet Banking);
  • Minimum 5 years Financial experience;
  • Must have good planning and organisational skills;
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal);

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Must be able to perform all office administration duties including document control, data capturing and accounts administration;
  • Controlling and updating of property information;
  • Payments of all accounts on all Company’s;
  • Invoicing of sales and rentals;
  • Controlling and updating of Employee details;
  • Receiving and capturing of invoices;
  • Purchase orders and filing;
  • Purchase information of products;
  • Monthly reconciling of accounts to trail balance;
  • Payment reconciliations and monthly sundry payment administration, including PAYE and UIF;
  • Control and reconciling of debtors, creditors and fuel accounts;
  • Controlling of short and long term insurance documents;
  • Ensure all vehicle licenses are up to date;
  • SARS Vat Returns;
  • Processing and calculation of VAT;
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, month end procedures, sundry accounts, financial administration and data management;
  • Payroll Administration;
