Requirements Description MPRTC EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER Jobs
Requirements:
- National diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human resources / Industrial or Labour relations
- National diploma in Advanced Labour Law (Recommended)
- Minimum of three (3) years operational Employee relations experience in a large unionized environment
- Minimum of two (2) years operational Union negotiations experience
- Minimum of two (2) years operational Employee relations experience in a mining environment
- Medically fit
- Meet medical fitness standards
- Drivers license
- Valid Code 08 / EB drivers license
