Requirements Description Sagen Advisory Logistics Coordinator Jobs
Purpose of this Position:
Processes orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for ensuring supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand productivity measures and inbound logistics to proactively plan and manage programs and outbound logistics.
- Assist in managing and planning logistics processes in support of the Marketing Plan.
- Oversight of stock control and integrity of stock, i.e., stocktake.
- Ensure good relationships with compliance bodies and all relevant stakeholders.
- The efficient planning and packing of products to comply with market demand.
- Measure and manage weekly reports.
- Plan loadings according to customer orders.
- Ensuring housekeeping standards are set and maintained.
- Adherence to health and safety standards always.
- Support and implementation of Quality Management Systems and ISO.
- Maintain and manage reporting systems and programs.
- Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the Senior Management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Formal Qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent are an added advantage
- Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Logistics background
